New Delhi, 21 June. The state BJP law cell district convenor Shri Deepak Tanwar has complained against AAP candidate Durgesh Pathak to the Delhi Election Commission saying he has not mentioned about his office of profit that he is holding in the affidavit filed for his nomination. Also, an FIR is registered against him about which he has not informed, which is in defiance of the directions of the Supreme Court. Therefore his nomination should be cancelled. He said in his complaint that in his affidavit, Pathak has not even mentioned that certain amount of money came into his account from Aam Aadmi Party account. He has a private office, with whose money the office of Aam Aadmi Party is running, this fact has also been hidden by him which comes under the purview of crime. He said that keeping all these allegations in mind, we have complained to the Delhi Election Commission about the cancellation of the nomination of Durgesh Pathak.
